Located on the quiet, north end of Sandbridge, Beach Seclusion is a place for peace, relaxation and FUN!.
What's not to love? This 4,000 Sqft. home encompasses 3 floors of living space, private pool, and offers plenty of privacy. Located on a quiet north end street with easy beach access. The whole family will enjoy endless memories at Beach Seclusion. This home was updated in 2024 including all new luxury plank vinyl flooring throughout, new tile back splash in the kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint! The Third Floor primary bedroom is expansive and features a King Bed, Gas Fireplace, Jacuzzi Tub, and Sitting area with private deck access. Across the hall there is another expansive bedroom with 2 Queen Beds and attached bath.
The mid level of this home bolsters an open concept living space with 55-inch HDTV with access to the back deck. The newly updated kitchen shines with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (including double oven), and coastal style cabinetry. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and offers enough space to seat everyone! You will also find 2 additional bedrooms both Kings with ensuite baths on this level.
Finally, the lower level has two bedrooms. The first bedroom, has a double bed with an additional Twin/ Double Bunk Bed while the second bedroom has a Twin over Double bunk. There is also a shared full bathroom, laundry/ mud room, foosball table, ping pong in the garage and a second large refrigerator for food and beverage storage.
From the lower level, make your way to the inviting pool deck! The sparkling water and shaded outdoor patio offers a cool oasis on mid summer afternoon. If you have adventurous little ones in tow- not to worry as this owner has provided pool safety fencing that can be put up with ease at the guests discretion.
