The living room features a sleeper sofa, two reclining chairs, flat screen television with DirecTV for expanded channels, all surrounded by windows and an oversized sliding glass door to bring the outdoors in. For the warmer days, it offers central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. This home is within walking distance to the pool, marina and store, and located right across the street from a common area so you'll never lose your view! There is a BBQ Gas Grill to cook your catch, located on the porch in back overlooking a tropical garden. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with private half bath, room darkening curtains and lots of closet space. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with closet, access to the balcony and hallway full bath, Washer/Dryer. The flooring is easy maintenance laminate flooring, beautifully decorated interior with tropical island flair and gorgeous Aspen wood tongue and groove ceiling. The driveway length is 24' to accommodate oversized vehicles, what a plus! Small to medium size pet allowed with pet fee.
