Nice little hotel right in the middle of everything in Chania old town. Check-in was not manned when we came to the hotel but after a few seconds we were approached by a lovely older gentleman who took care of our check-in. Room had everything except a shower holder which didn't really bother just made us be a bit more creative. All in all a good hotel and I would stay here again if I came to Chania.

Hteat location and they gave me auch bigger room than what I paid for. Easy walking to the harbor and world class Pulse began restaurant.
5 minutes from the bus station as well.

I’m in the Navy and we made port for only the second time at the end of our 9 month deployment. My reservation was the 26th-29th. My wife made them while I was out to sea with no service and poor internet connection. My duty days were switched around, so I showed up on the 25th.
I didn’t expect to get a room early, but I was hoping to get my money back and my room canceled for the night of the 27th and the 28th since I had to get back to the boat on the night of the 27th.
The owner was rude, refused to be understanding, and when we tried to keep our bags in a friend’s room that was also in Chania Rooms, he tried to refuse and followed us around like we were criminals or trying to pull a fast one.
I have never been treated so poorly or delt with someone so disrespectful.

Great location ...in the heart of the old town and only a couple of minutes walk from the harbour. Basic accommodation but clean and comfy with a balcony giving a great view of the activity on the street. Very competitively priced.

Chania Rolms with Gregory and Ana is the best! They are so kind, personable, and hospitable. Be sure to stop in the cafe below. The location is incredible. One of the best experiences of my life! The only place I will say in Chania :)

you’re so horrible. The owner was so cheap he didn’t put soap in the bathroom and when I asked him for a new towel after two days he refused to give when he’s taking around €60 per night very expensive price for a very bad bad Destroyed ruined. Everything almost was broke. The bed was horrible. There’s no place to hold the shower handle in the wall even

Amazing room, with a loft and beautiful old beam ceilings. Nice patio overlooking the shops and passers-by. Really close to everything (e.g. it’s about a 7 minute walk from the bus depot, and literally 2 minutes to the beautiful harbour. Very welcoming owner. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious and has some character. Nice big window in the room.
Shower curtain not the best, but that's fairly common on Crete.
Fairly good internet connection via wifi.
I arrived very hungry and tired in the afternoon. Had a good Greek salad with a shot of raki and then a nap. The team also tried to help me when I needed to book a car rental.

The Room seemed great, and it is in a great location. Although, the second day I spotted a cockroach in the room. Also, even though the room had three beds, there was only ONE keycard, which you had to use it also to have electricity in the room. So you could be either all three together or the person who sleeps in the room while the others are out should wake up to open the door (if he can hear the door knocking). Getting a second keycard according to the manager is impossible. Finally, the towels didn't replace daily, not even every second day. The third day I through them on the floor to replace them.

Beautiful rooms and a very hospitable staff. We stayed for two nights and felt very welcome! Their restaurant is also worth a visit.

Clean, comfortable and hospitable stay. Very friendly owner who was flexible with check in time as we arrived early by ferry and called before opening time to see if we could set down our bags but to our surprise he showed us straight to our rooms. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing location.
