The small residence just a few meters from Lake Garda is perfect for a carefree family holiday. Thanks to the practical facilities, you can always prepare something to eat yourself if you don't want to indulge in one of the restaurants. The balcony or terrace of your apartment is a great place for breakfast outside or for idyllic evenings. The pretty pool in the middle of the well-kept garden invites you to spend relaxing hours during the day, while the children can let off steam in the small playground. By the way: Even if you're only traveling as a couple, you'll feel completely at home in the studio with a combined living room/bedroom. You are in the district of Fornaci, a characteristic fishing village. At the small Nautica harbor, about 100 meters away, boat owners have the opportunity to rent a boat mooring. There are also restaurants and bars here. You will also find some shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home. You can easily reach the historic town center of Peschiera, three kilometers away, via the waterfront promenade. In the old town, surrounded by canals, you can stroll through the narrow streets and discover many nice shops and small bars. This is what your holiday resort offers: 34 residential units, reception, elevator, bar, garden, lawn, loungers. Air conditioning from around June to the end of August Activities: Shared outdoor pool 200 sqm (open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather), sun terrace, deck chairs, parasols. Baby cot (also in addition to the maximum occupancy) and high chair for a fee, subject to availability on site. Activities nearby: Gardaland, Italy's number one theme park, is located in nearby Castelnuovo del Garda. Here you will find 38 attractions in four themed villages.
