It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen, eat in dining area, walk in shower and washer/dryer. It is facing our courtyard with our two huge oak trees that surround the property. You will also have a private entrance and patio area. You can find everything you need, from sheets/blankets, kids toys, Flat screen TV with Netflix, hangers, full length mirror and all kitchen amenities. We will leave you fresh bottled water in fridge as well as cream for your coffee. We have have cooking utensils, oil, cutting boards etc. Everything you need is available. There is also a washer/dryer as well as an Iron and ironing board. Kids are more than welcomed and if you need toys or a pack and play we will gladly get that for you. We love the space at night because it gets really quiet and calming. In the early mornings there's lots of deer in the back garden. We don't have any neighbors on either side so you feel like you are one with nature. We are just minutes to I-74 and 20-25 minutes to uptown and Southpark Mall. 30 minutes to CLT Airport. We have a guide for you with some of our favorite places for you to eat, visit and shop. You can always Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is super limiting. There is parking on property for more than 3 cars. We do have a large lab puppy in property but we tend to keep him inside most of the time. But if it's an issue for him to be outside let us know and we can accommodate.
