Enjoy high ceilings and 1430 sq. feet of spacious luxury condo, situated in the historic brick 1908 schoolhouse which was completely renovated into luxurious condos. The unit is located right across the hall from the very sought-after 901 full-service spa. The condo is equipped with high-end appliances and everything you would need to make your stay memorable.

In this beautifully newly furnished and recently renovated condo, you will find a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The large master boasts a 4 piece ensuite (large soaker tub with separate rain shower), a king bed with a large closet, a smart TV, a set of drawers, and a view of the courtyard. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, drawers, and closet. In the third bedroom, you will find a bunk bed that is accessible on the bottom from both sides, the bunk bed has a queen on the bottom and a double xl on the top. There is also a closet in the third bedroom. Down the hall, you will find a laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer and a boot/mitt dryer. In the open-concept living room, there is a large sectional, a love seat, and two swivel-high back chairs. There is a large table to seat all 8 guests. In the kitchen, you will find a wine fridge, two drink drawers, a dishwasher, a wall microwave, an electric wall oven, a proofing drawer, a gas range with a pot filler, and a French-door refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker. This condo is bright open and inviting.
Guest have exclusive access to the entire condo. Guests can used the shared, gym and hot tub area. Guests also have access to a secured storage area and underground parking.

The 901 building is located right on historic second avenue at the northern residential end. Located a 5 minute walk from Save On Foods, or a short 10 minute walk to the furthest store on 2nd Ave this location has an amazing walkability score. The ski hill is a short 8 minute drive or take the Fernie Stoke shuttle that picks you up right outside the building at 9th St Between 2nd & 3rd Ave. (Please note advanced tickets purchased are needed to ride the shuttle.)
Parking is located in the heated underground parking garage. You have one dedicated space located conveniently right by the door to the building and the other spaces available are guest parking and is unassigned. Street parking is available but you need to follow City of Fernie winter parking regulations.
-All sports equipment must be kept in the available storage locker.
-Please only socks and or slippers on the hardwood floor of the unit.
-Please only wear ski boots outside of the building
-Indoor shoes in the hot tub and workout room only, please.
-Glassware is not permitted in the hot tub area. Plastic cups are available in the unit.
-Please use coloured towels for the hot tub area.
-Please take note this is not a party property, while we do want you to have a good time we look forward to hosting respectful guests.
