In Smashville, we don't just know music, we also know sports! Stay with us in a sports fan's dream where you're minutes from our college and professional sporting events.
Take the big game back with you for a celebration where you have a great view of downtown on your balcony just off Broadway.
The building offers free parking, and this unit specifically has a dedicated parking space, as well as a gym open 24/7, and a lounge, all that at walking distance to the Gulch (8 min) & Broadway (18 min)!
YOUR SPACE:
The unit is located on the 5th floor of a 6 story industrial building, adjacent to the Gulch.
★ Enter into the hallway of lockers and benches to store your gear. Round the first hallway to feature three of our themed rooms or continue down the length of the way to turn into the kitchen, and living room with a projector tv off the fourth bedroom. The balcony wraps on the north and eastern side of the building for a great view of downtown and the sunrise.
★ Bedroom 1: Goalie goalie goallllll!!! Queen bunk beds in our MLS themed Nashville Soccer Club room
★ Bedroom 2 - Hat tricks only....Preds themed room featuring a King bed with twin trundles and an en suite bathroom. This is the only time you'll want to be catfished! (It's a light up from Bridgestone Arena over the bed).
★ Bedroom 3 - Hitting home runs! Nashville Sounds Bedroom features a King bed with a custom baseball bat headboard and downtown views!
★ Bedroom 4 - Titan Up! A queen sized bed sits in our only eastern facing room with a jack and jill bathroom just behind the living room area.
★ In-unit laundry, and large closet with pool towels for a different kind of pre-game.
★ The kitchen is stocked with local coffee & tea, olive oil, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, spices and condiments.
★ Everything you need, nothing you don't!
★ Travel sustainably: during your stay, you will be able to use tote bags for zero-waste grocery shopping, reusable k-cups, compost bin to place all food scraps and compostable items, refillable & vegan hotel amenities that we buy in bulk to limit packaging. You can also donate unconsumed food, clothes and accessories at the end of your stay. If you have any suggestion on how to improve our sustainability program, we'd love to hear about it!
★ Share the love: you will find post cards from a local art print business in the unit. If you write post cards, and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you!
★ Local partners: we are proud to support local businesses! Room service with Bad Axe Throwing, bachelorette party partner Bach Babes, coffee roasted by Honest Coffee shop, or Local Artist promotion across the building. Ask your host for more info on our local partners and discounts!
★ Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Monday. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Tuesday and Wednesday, however, our neighbor Tennessee Brew Work can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10AM for guests who need storage on these days.
*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- We only allow 1 dog per reservation
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

The location is perfect for being able to enjoy Nashville. While we were more into music and dance, we totally enjoyed the sports theme. The hosts responded quickly to every question we had.

Traveled with my adult children 20’s, and this place was perfect. Near everything and we really enjoyed family time at the condo playing games, ping pong, and pool!!!!
