Nice and simple hotel, 10 min walk to the city center. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of a hot water issue (seems to be on timer of sorts) but nothing major.

The property is nice however there is no ramp outside so you have to carry your suitcases up stairs. The checkin person was very cold. Not interested in answering questions about where we could get good or even the best way to get to the airport. We had a hard time getting hot water in our room and tried to call the front desk but he never answered so we had to go down to get him. There was one restaurant in walking distance- Chinese and it was very good. Do not expect a lot from any customer service people as they are all slow and meals can take an hour to come out ;even pizza). The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom shower had no door or curtain and water filled the entire floor almost into the bedroom area.

Very spacious room with sleek design and modern fittings. The immediate area is not particularly interesting but its only a 12 minute walk to the old town which is vibrant and full of interesting architecture.

The room looks very nice and comfortable, but there has to be a warning paper on the door of the bathroom, because the high step might be quite dangerous for older people (and even young ones!). Something like MIND THE STEP !

It’s a decent hotel, recently refurbished. The room was clean, a decent size and the bed was comfortable. There were a couple of negatives. There was quite a bit of noise during our stay. The hotel is situated just off a main busy road, and with the room being quite warm when you opened the window the traffic noise was very loud. There was an air condition unit in the room but no way of conrolling it. There was also a dog in the garden opposite our room that barked continually and we were in a room directly above the restaurant - and you could hear the door opening and closing constantly. But the main problem was the shower that was really poor. No matter how you held it or tried the different settings it just poured out like a tap, making it difficult to shower

The staff is wonderful here and it is super safe and super quiet. The internet actually works on every floor (amazing for hotels in this price range). The small cafe is great for late dinner. The sheets are pressed and beautiful. The pillows are down:). The bathrooms are new and immaculate. Elevator is a plus for heavy luggage.
