I submitted a complaint to my American Express, I did not stay. There were no water in the building and room We were not contacted in advanced and when arriving the landlord or custodian indicated that no water was available. Due to a health condition, I can’t be in a place with no water or an alternative.
I called them again and indicated I was not staying without water

The place is in good conditions, very secure the only negative is that it doesn’t have parking and you must leave the car in the street.
