This two-level apartment in Providencia will impress you with its avant-garde architecture and prime location. Enjoy spacious and bright areas while taking in the city. Just steps away from Cerro San Cristóbal and the Metropolitan Park, you can explore nature and enjoy outdoor activities. Additionally, the Sculpture Park and Costanera Center are just minutes away, offering a wide variety of entertainment and shopping options.
The Space:
Río Bío Bío has capacity for 4-5 people. It has 2 levels and a terrace. This apartment is characterized by its sophisticated and avant-garde architecture.
The apartment is distributed as follows: on the first floor, we have the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed, and a full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a drawing room, the master bedroom (king size bed) with a full bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped. You can find basic items for cooking and enjoy a delicious meal. It has a washer and dryer (2 in 1), heating, and air conditioning. Additionally, it features cable TV and internet with wifi.
The Río Bío Bío apartment has the distinction of being able to connect with another of our apartments: Calle Calle, which has capacity for 4 guests.

We have parks, bike lanes, a metropolitan zoo, shopping centers, restaurants, and in front of the house, there is a small supermarket and takeout food.
