Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring an entertainment area complete with 5 separate gaming tv's and a primary bedroom with an ensuite and large walk-in closet. You will find the 4th BR on the main level. Out the back door, you will walk onto a stunning patio with an outdoor kitchen, built-in refrigerator, and grill. Enjoys access to an array of amenities including Woodland Harbor Marina, clubhouse, and 2 pools and a hot tub that define the Harbor Club.
