Tucked in on the beach road, this brand new 6-bedroom /6 full bath cottage was thoughtfully curated to provide a unique stay for guests. A clean, classic design focuses on seascape views, rooms with natural light, private ensuite baths, and custom wood trims. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, accessorized with local art pieces and regional books.
The Sandbar is a new addition to an established neighborhood. The outside spaces are private and inviting. Enjoy an enclosed backyard with saltwater pool, hot tub and grill area or watch the waves and pelicans from the east facing covered decks.
Saving the best for last, the 4th floor, panoramic rooftop deck is truly special. An elevator allows access for everyone to enjoy the best views. Furnished for 12 guests to gather, have your coffee here at sunrise, relax throughout the day and finish your evenings with a private stargazing party. This unique observation spot has an amazing uptown view of downtown Kitty Hawk.
The owners wanted to create a quality, timeless environment with amenities to share their love of Kitty Hawk and the Outer Banks. We hope this cottage will become your go to for a getaway on the Outer Banks. Every house has a story, be a part of The Sandbar’s.
Outside: Fenced Pool Area, Covered Patio featuring hot tub and seating options for 12, Private Saltwater Pool, Sun Chairs, Gas Grill. Beachside offers a covered entrance, outside shower and a grassed yard (no parking on grass). Parking for 6 on gravel and driveway.
First Level: Entry, Laundry Room w/Washer & Dryer, Half Bathroom, Finished Garage w/Ping Pong Table, Access to Backyard and Pool Area. Elevator.
Second Level: 2 King Masters w/Ocean View (1 w/Shower - 1w/Shower/Tub Combo) 2 Master Bedrooms Overlooking Pool (1 Master w/2 Twin Beds and a Shower – 1 King Master w/Tub/Shower Combo) Access to Covered Deck with Ocean Views, porch swing and 2 Rocking Chairs, Elevator.
Third Level: Powder Room, Kitchen w/Island w/4 counter stools, Dining Area w/Built-in Oceanview Bar for 3, Dining Table with Seating for 12; Great Room w/Wet Bar & Access to Ocean View Covered Deck, w/Outdoor Dining Table for 6.
