Summary:
You will feel right at home in this spacious home in New Orleans. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there is room to stay with your closest friends, family or colleagues. With a large fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, and outdoor grill, this is the perfect place to enjoy a few meals at home.

The Space:
This home will transport you into true New Orleans style with its original exposed fireplaces, restored wood floors, pocket doors, finishing with tall ceilings and windows for all the natural light.

● Each bedroom has a comfortable mattress, extra pillows, and a plush down comforter for a good night’s sleep
● Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration
● High speed internet and central air conditioning
● Large chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, blender, drip coffee
● Bath essentials, fresh towels, and hair dryer are provided
● Washer/dryer, steamer, iron & ironing board are provided

Guest Access:
The guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay.
The backyard is a shared space with our two other properties.

The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo, to the Warehouse District, and the French Quarter.

Getting Around:
Downtown: 5 minutes’ walk
WWII Museum: 4 minutes by car or 10 minutes walk
Super Dome: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk
French Quarter: 10 minutes by car
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 20 minutes by car
Convention Center: 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk
Tulane University: 12 minutes by car
Historic Streetcar Access: 3 blocks to the St. Charles & Erato stop

Terrific for group trips, or to come and visit NOLA for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, ect.
