About this apartment rental
Are you looking for a pied-à-terre in Monaco for your business trips or holidays? Come and enjoy this chic and functional 17m2 studio which will allow you to move around the Principality easily. This apartment for two people is equipped with Wifi, a large closet and an equipped kitchen. Please note, the apartment does not have parking and the bathroom is small (see description)

The area where the apartment is located is residential, so it is quiet. Stairs are near the apartment and give you direct access to the city center where you will have all the amenities: mini-market, bakery, pharmacy. Newly installed escalators will make it easier for you to get around downtown.
You are on the border of Monaco so you can also benefit from the amenities of Monaco also accessible by stairs. You are less than 500m from the Casino and the principality's bus network
Travelers have access to the entire apartment which is private. The street is a dead end
You will love this accommodation for its neat, contemporary and functional decoration but also for its geographical location since Monaco is very close and escalators have recently been installed for better mobility of the inhabitants.
Note that the apartment is on the ground floor in a dead end and is therefore quite quiet. There is also efficient double glazing in the apartment. This is a small apartment and the bathroom is small too
The studio consists of a living room of 17m2 with a comfortable bed, a dining area, TV and Wifi and a fitted and equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
A small shower room with sink and toilet which is functional but which can be surprising
The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the Monaco train station
- The Beausoleil bus n°18 takes you to the area around the Town Hall of Beausoleil a few minutes from the apartment, it also serves Monaco train station.
- You can access Monaco on foot from the elevator which is further down the street and which allows you to use all public transport in Monaco
- The airport bus drops you off in front of the Monaco tourist office, in the Casino area.
- The distance from Nice Airport / apartment by car is 34 minutes
be careful there are very few free places in the street. You will therefore have to park your car at the Parking Bellevue - rue Bellevue - Monaco or at the parking lot de la libération - avenue de la République in Beausoleil
The apartment does not have private parking.
You will then have to park your car in the nearest public car park either in Monaco (Parking Bellevue) which is at 20€/day, or in Beausoleil at the Liberation car park which is easily accessible thanks to the escalators and whose space you can reserve via the INDIGO app. There are also some paying places in the street but they are sometimes difficult to find.
Sheets and towels are provided with the rental as well as a welcome kit to help you start your holiday, this kit includes small shampoos and soaps, two coffee capsules and two rolls of toilet paper. The cleaning fee includes cleaning and linen rental
