About this apartment rental

Located opposite the port of Pouliguen and a stone's throw from the beach, this pleasant apartment is ideal for a successful holiday!

Bright and welcoming, it consists of an entrance hall, two beautiful bedrooms each with its own balcony overlooking the greenery, a new bathroom with washing machine, separate toilets, a large living room with a sofa bed and a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker)
Its advantage? The south-west facing terrace with its furniture and awning, offering a magnificent sunny view of the port and the sea. You can admire the exterior at 360° with the balconies that surround the entire apartment.

You can leave your bike either outside in a closed car park (no private car space!), or inside the building in a room as well as your windsurfing board.

The daily market of Pouliguen is surrounded by all the necessary shops. Benoît beach extends into the bay of La Baule. Swimming, long walks and water sports are all yours! On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also go for a bike ride. After that, you will have well deserved to taste the famous niniches! For a change of scenery, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometers away.

A seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour bordering the Atlantic Ocean, Le Pouliguen Bay - La Baule- Pornichet joined the Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World in November 2011.
The city is known for its magnificent beach, its avenues shopping streets (Lajarrige and De Gaulle), its grand hotels, and its casino.

• History: The Saint-Aignan church. 1866: designed in neo-Gothic style by the architect Benjamin Ricard, it was built on the site of the old church destroyed in a fire in 1861. It contains, among other things, a small tribune organ that was dismantled and some parts of which were left behind. It was bombed during the Second World War on June 17, 1940
• Sport: The Barrière International Golf Course in La Baule, comprising 3 courses from 9 to 18 holes. The international jumping of La Baule, the thalassotherapy, the Sporting Tennis club, the sailing school, fishing on foot and various water activities (jet ski, fly fish, paddle, etc.)
