Brand new apartment - High quality standard renovation. Stylish and noble abode, spacious three room flat, 45 sqm appartment, provides all the comforts you need. The cozy living space features a convertible comfortable sofa bed (160 * 200 cm by la maison du convertible, daily use), a table, a chimney , a TV with free Wi-Fi, a dining space room with a large table that can double as a workspace, a room with a large and cozy lining bed (160 * 200 cm Epeda) , with a cupboard and other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
There is a big storage place as well. This apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils provided, with a hoven, micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine 8kg with 5 kg dryer), toaster, nespresso machine, Kettle, fridge with freezer.
Small decorations create an atmosphere that feels just like home. The bathroom and the wc are equipped with grohe rainshower systems, using cupper and marble materials and a large shower.
At the 3rd floor without elevator, very bright, with an Eiffel tower view and the Vincennes wood, the windows open to a quiet courtyard, making this place a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility. For any stay, you will be asked to proceed to a security desposit (not cashed) through the swikly link we will send you.
