Amazing hotel!! In the hotel you have a restaurant + pool, it was super nice! Be aware the hotel offer no currency conversion and you will have to pay a city tax.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. I was accused of taking food from the free buffet by the attendant. When asked for an apology I received none. Just rude. And it wasn't just me with issues. Other guests had disagreements with staff. I will never return or recommend this hotel.

The concierge was very friendly .. he shared he lost 4 family members in the earthquake near Merrakech .. told him soo sorry .. the room and amenities are great .. pool on hot Africa days definitely a plus …breakfast was included in my price 42 US dollars a night not bad at all . The bed was comfy with big pillows .. A/C worked fine ..,my only complaint is the shower is raw cement .. no tiles .. looks like public park locker room shower in Chicago where I’m from …and won’t be impressive to female clients … other than that enjoyed my stay .. and after checkout they held my overnite bag free of charge til I came back from my tour … 4/5 stars

The people were very nice, but I asked for clean towels and toilet paper for 2 days, the first explanation he gave me was that he was the only one at the front desk and couldn't do it, I waited for another day and asked again and then someone gave me what I requested. They could do better

Everything was just OKay, place was okay for a short stay, pool area was nice, they were always cleaning the area, staff were Okay, desk staff did not give a warm welcoming when we arrived. The one thing that really annoyed us was the housekeeping staff, they did not clean our room until 1630-1700 everyday. The breakfast was ok, but if your not eating carbs you will not find anything to eat. The coffee was horrible, the mint tea was good. Not sure if I would stay again

Unfortunately they had no record of my Expedia booking and Expedia had to step in so that myself and my children had somewhere to sleep. The reception staff were somewhat apologetic and paid the city tax as a gesture of good will, but could have handled it better from the start - it took all night to resolve, leaving me uncertain of where we would stay for the rest of the week, and the manager didn't seem concerned and snapped at me for taking my time to read the invoice / use the card machine when Expedia unexpectedly refunded my prepayment (largely due to the time taken for the hotel to resolve the prepaid booking dispute.)
I booked the junior suite and several things were not working or ill thought out. The hairdryer and TV weren't working and there is no light switch or charger beside the bed, meaning I had to use my phone torch to get into bed after turning out the main light. The blue power button of the air con shines down on the bed all night and can't be switched off. The room was only made up every other day, and dry towels had to be requested in the interim.
Breakfast was good and the decor in the communal areas is wonderful. Costs about £5 each way to the centre, so would stay more centrally next time.

Mohammed at the front desk is wonderful. He helped direct me to the bus and a good restaurant when I needed. The rest of the staff was very friendly including the breakfast buffet server and bell hop who carried my bags to my room. Very lovely time. They are happy to welcome tourists.

Wow ! This was our third hotel during a tour of Morocco. For the price point it’s amaZing. Very dark rooms and great AC unlike some of the others we stayed in . Downstairs had a very boutique like feel thestaff were friendly and helpful

Not sure if it had been cleaned thoroughly. TV and minifridge didn't work. The shower was a sad, little dribble. But it was easy to access the train station and the AC and wifi worked. Fine for one night but don't expect much.

THe room was above the News cafe which was pretty noisy - however lockdown meant at least it stopped at 2230 - which was a blessing otherwise you would not sleep at all. Really friendly and helpful staff. Love the breakfast - especially the hot food. The chef would come out and make sure you were happy with your breakfast. The hotel restaurant is also very good and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill.
Overall really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a different hotel the first 2 days of my trip and hated the hotel and when we came to Lawrence d’Arabie it made the trip so much better

Really friendly and helpful staff. Love the breakfast - especially the hot food. The chef would come out and make sure you were happy with your breakfast. The hotel restaurant is also very good and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill.

There were two more guys that helped outside getting us taxis but forgot their names ! Anyways the breakfast of this hotel is TO DIE FOR ! Their breakfast was served so early and stayed until 10ish which is amazing ! You won’t be disappointed in terms of breakfast ! Overall the service was amazing ! A few bits and bobs but you can’t have it all perfect can you ! The rooms are clean and really big! Just needs more lights ! The hotel is in a very nice area where lots of food places are in walking distance and taxis always are around !

His name was Hisham and really people like him shouldn’t be serving and working at hotels ! He has a temper when I asked for lamps for my room and said “I am too tired” well I don’t give a damn care coz I just landed and needed some MORE light in my room ! Anyways he was not helpful and unbelievably rude !

We stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The hotel was close to the airport - only 10 minute drive in a taxi. It is also centrally located within walkable distance to the main attractions. The reception staff (Eshan, Hanan, Hakim and Mohammed) were helpful. A special thanks to Hakim who took care of our needs promptly. He also kindly arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport.
