The stay was amazing. Super clean hotel, I loved that they have extra towels so I didn’t have to ask. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was ONLY because of the breakfast. There waffle sticks were cold and hard. Their juice was watered down and not that cold, and they didn’t have a great selection. I’ve stayed at smaller hotels with a better breakfast selection. Other than that their costumer service was TOP TIER! The staff was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. They even offer a small goodie bag when you arrive which I have never gotten at any other hiltons. Great job staff. Also employee Sebastian at this location was amazing and attentive. Give that kid a raise or promotion!

The front desk interaction was very professional and welcoming. When we walked into our room, our name was displayed on the TV with a welcome message, so already it felt personal and careful. It was very spacious for a hotel room since we had a kitchenette and a small living room area in front of the bed. It was a nice room layout with great modern furniture to fill the space. However, the shower had okay pressure and the head wasn't removable or easily adjustable. While the bathroom had great interior design, the shower head was a downside for me. Also, the walls are thin. The noises from the adjacent room were explicit in nature and could make one feel uncomfortable.

We stayed for a couple of nights for a nearby wedding. This was our first time at the location and really enjoyed it. Elisha checked us in and was super helpful and friendly. We also happen to be there while they offered a social hour which included snacks and alcohol! They do have happy hour from 2pm-10pm for beers on tap, too! The breakfast is better than your standard continental hotel offering (not the best I've had but pretty decent). The location is near Trader Joe's and Costco which is great for longer stays since the hotel has rooms with full kitchens. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This property is new (staff mentioned they had just opened in May 2024); everything is clean and up-to-date; i especially appreciated the type A and C usb outlets conveniently placed in several locations in the room. Had a quiet and restful stay :)

This might be a brand new hotel, but it was very cheaply thrown together. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and it is literally like having your neighbors next to you and above in the room with you. It was constant noise & we were not so lucky & had people above us like elephants all night long. Front desk seemed reluctant after even a few nights to notify the upstairs of their noise. We also had dogs barking on two sides of us which just added to this awful stay. BEWARE, watch your credit card for additional AND double charging. We had to contact our credit card company and have them help rectify the situation. AND let’s not forget the $10 per night parking fee for parking in a regular ole lot that was never mentioned at check in. Just another money grab. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO AS WELL. Pros: it’s brand new so it is very clean and updated.

The hotel is new, very nice rooms and overall condition. The staff was friendly and eager to respond to any issues. The only drawback was the quality of the breakfast.. had to ask for napkins, the eggs were tasteless, coffee was weak, the sausage and potatoes were cold.. everything needed seasoning and heat.. hopefully they will work out the issues as they go forward..

I have had the opportunity stay at Homewood Suites in both California and Texas and each time it has been great! The properties are always very comfortable, modern and have wonderful amenities. Plus, the staff has been kind and efficient. Our most recent stay at the Cypress property was a unique experience because they had JUST opened that same week. We were the first to stay in that room - first to sleep in the bed - first to turn on that shower! The staff was especially attentive and everything was spotless. You will enjoy your stay at Homewood Suites!
