Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly but everything else was amazing. The man working the front desk was snappy and rude.

My boyfriend and I had a one night staycation at Le Meridian and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the modern finishes with a little bit of western decor, the room was nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean. The first floor is beautiful, we didn’t have time to stop and eat or grab a drink on the rooftop bar but did run up to look at it. If you’re there for the weekend you can use the garage down the street, it’s free if you don’t want to valet. The only thing I wish we had in the room was a physical menu to the restaurant. I didn’t see the QR code on the nightstand until we were checking out. If I ad seen it earlier I definitely would’ve ordered breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to coming back soon.

We booked a King room for our anniversary weekend and paid in advance. We arrived shortly after 5PM to check in and were told that they were checking to see if they had a room ready. Check in is supposed to be at 4PM, so not having a room ready a little over an hour past that time is odd. After about a 20 minute wait, we were finally given a key. Considering we had to finish getting ready for an event that started at 7, the 20 minutes mattered. If I checked out am hour after check out time, I certainly would have been charged for the late check out.
When we got to our room, we discovered that we were checked into a double room instead of the king we had paid for. I'm 6'2" 230lbs, so a queen bed with my wife becomes very small very quickly. Not very ideal for our anniversary weekend. When I called down to the front desk, I was told that they "assign rooms as they come in" and that they didn't have any king rooms available because they "had a big group come in". So despite having booked and paid for a king room, the hotel not only changed our reservation to accomodate others, but they made no attempt to do anything to make it right or compensate us in any way for the change.
The hotel was clean and, generally, a nice place, but the customer service is lacking and the communication is terrible.

Very sylish hotel, as I would expect from this French-centric Brand in the Marriott hotel family. Very stylish lobby, w/ modern ivonic furniture &lighting. Cool accent lighting carried through the halways and in my room. Auto nightlight (motion activated) turned on shadow lighting beneath and behind sink in bath; similar cool light behind headboard of bed. Pocket doors; all the little things add up to a stay that feels “princely”.
