You will sleep in large rooms with a pleasant view of the greenery of the ancient Villa Cavallotti, offering you a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. A unique experience that combines nature, culture and fun.

This charming apartment located in a period building is organized on two levels (mezzanine and ground floor) for a total of 230 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Ideal Location: Located in the lively historic center of Marsala and a few steps from the Lilibeo Archaeological Park, the property enjoys a privileged position, surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and just minutes from the main tourist attractions. The wonderful Saline dello Stagnone and the island of Mozia are just 10 km away, while the hydrofoil to the Egadi islands (Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo) is only 1.3 km away.
Comfort and Space: The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, a second living room/relaxation room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three balconies. The internal space is organized as follows:
-> GROUND FLOOR (floor with oak parquet):
- KITCHEN: Gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, comfortable dining table with six chairs;
- LIVING ROOM: Sofa, armchairs, 55-inch flat-screen TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I: Double bed, armchair, clothes hanger, access to the balcony and dedicated bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM II: Double bed, armchair, clothes rack, access to the balcony and dedicated bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.
-> LOWER LEVEL (antique terracotta floors):
- LIVING ROOM/RELAXATION ROOM: Sofa;
- BEDROOM III: Double bed, armchair, large walk-in wardrobe;
- BATHROOM: Large bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the three bedrooms, in the living room and in the relaxation area on the lower level), washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The presence of internal stairs to access the lower level requires attention if you are traveling with children.
- Please note the presence of some steps at the entrance.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
- To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Marsala, equal to 1,00€ per person per night.
- We need this procedure to verify your identity and documents that have to be sent to the police service "Alloggiati Web" (which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy; you can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato).
- The switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00;
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30.
It is not possible to check-in after 01:30.
