The middle bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. This home features a fenced-in yard, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. There is one large bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed and an ensuite bath. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite baths as well. They are separated by a comfortable lounge area where you and your family and friends can play games or watch a great movie or sports on Dish TV. There is an outdoor shower and fenced-in yard.
