About this house rental
Come and discover this magnificent Breton house with its beautiful stone facade located just above the Aber Ildut, the view of the property is incredible! This residence combining comfort and authenticity will charm you with its quality services.
You will be able to enjoy a very large enclosed and wooded garden that has its own access to the Aber, it is an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddle outing! You will also be able to enjoy the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for meals with family or friends. And the highlight of these outdoor areas is the heated spa at 29 degrees all year round.
Inside, you can enjoy a large living-dining room that also has a beautiful view of the aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking good meals. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful master suite with its queen-size bed in 160x200 and its shower room as well as a second spacious and nicely decorated master suite with its king-size bed in 180x200 and its bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms. These rooms are all equipped with 2 double beds, one room has a 140x190 bed and the other two have 160x200 beds. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this floor.
The little extras you won't find anywhere else? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels), a 100% local welcome basket, a digital welcome booklet explaining the workings of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Brest les abers golf course which is located only 5 km from the house.
