I get that its Las Vegas, but I don't see the justification for charging a reaort fee. As hostels go, it was a pretty good experience. My biggest issue was a lingering wet sock scent that i had to combat with cologne and body spray. Shared/private toilet & shower was a very nice surprise.

Room was quiet and clean, however the bed light and electric outlet in bunk did not work . Really enjoyed the common courtyard otside to decompress and relax.

Tenants were respectful and didn't do anything to disrupt the stay. However, the bathroom isnt well maintained in regards to the walls, though the shower was ok. The towel provided by the facility (which I hanged near my bed) was stolen by someone, so I had to use my backup towel. Here are some things to keep in mind: The bed is small. Try to carry very little items with you so you dont need to share a bed with your stuff. Also, you'll have to walk for a bit to get to public transit despite it being on the strip. And Vegas is hot 24/7 (during the summer anyway) The locker is large enough to fit a carryon suitcase, but you'll have to squeeze it in. There is a kitchen with a stove, freezer, and oven, but I didn't use it so I don't know how well they work. They do use labels to mark which food is yours. Wireless chargers are a bit difficult to use overnight as the outlets are elevated. Bring a large cable or extension cord to rectify this issue.

Jojo was fabulous! Bed was dirty and had this goopy stains on it. Asked for a wipe to clean it but they said they would come by but no one did. AC did not function properly so I was sweating the entire night. This place has potential but for the ratings they have it’s the employees that make it that high, otherwise space is nothing to rave about.

PROVIDED you understand what you are looking for, and intend to rough it a bit, and get with the idea of a hostel, then this is EXCELLENT. Do NOT go here with your lover expecting to get a room and be romantic, etc. It's a HOSTEL. People who go this route know what they're going after, and this place has it. It's cheap (for Las Vegas), the staff are great, the quad has a gas BBQ and other amenities and games/activities/sitting areas, etc., available. In my case the fellows in my all-male situation were all extremely thoughtful: Not a word with one of them, as I came in late and left early, but those who came in after, or used the bathroom in the night, etc., took pains to be super quiet and not make unnecessary noise, etc. If you are fine being in a room with a bunch of dudes on the top of a bunk bed, but saving tons of money, and perhaps meeting some interesting people, this can be a very good option. The area is not so nice, but that's not they're problem, and it's kind of the way of the world right now. But once you're inside, everyone seems fine. One should always be careful with one's things in these kinds of places, true enough, but I felt like it was just chill in there and everyone was on the same page. I really liked it.
