Horrible. We weren't to find the location. Nobody open the door for us. In conclusion, we were able to stay over here and plus they took our money!

Communication at the beginning could have been better, tried to contact the hotel prior to let them know we was arriving after the check in time. They said instructions would be sent 24 hours before check in day, we only received ON the day. It was fine as it’s all self check in/out with easy instructions to follow to get in the building.
No lifts and on the 5th floor - you get used to it. Just harder in hotter months and if you’re with elderly people.
No AC which was a shame - as it gets HOT! Fan in each room helped, a little.
No hot water for the showers - we didn’t mind as the weather was hot.
