About this house rental
Welcome to our home, recently built with a delightful array of amenities that make it ideal for families and kids. There is a dedicated kids' playroom with a slide, toys, and games that will keep them entertained for hours. The spacious backyard, with incredible views of Mount Timpanogoas includes a large outdoor playground, a pickleball court with basketball hoop, a hammock haven with space for two hammocks, a fire pit, BBQ, and a large grassy area with soccer goals.
We designed our home as a place to be together and make memories. The bedrooms and laundry are upstairs and away from the group setting. The kids playroom is downstairs, which allows the adults and kids to have their own space, while still being able to hear each other. Lastly, the spacious backyard offers many activities and sitting spaces. We hope our home will give you and your group the perfect setting to make memories and enjoy time together!
We have left many of our favorite toys, books, and activities out - feel free to enjoy!
Feel free to utilize the backyard to your hearts content! We've left the pickleball net and paddles in the mudroom. Please put them away after you use them to prevent weather damage to our equipment. (YouTube can help you figure out how to put the net up if you have trouble)
Since this is our family home, we have locked or zip-tied closets, our pantry, and our garage that all hold our personal belongings. Please respect these boundaries. 😊
We have a small mother-in-law apartment in the basement with completely separate access. Please don't park behind them on the driveway and respect their privacy.
We rent our family home to help cover the cost of our love for travel and adventure.
Our goal is to ensure that you have a 5-star experience. If you experience anything less, please reach out and we will do everything we can to fix problems quickly. We love our home and want to make sure you will too!
The neighborhood is safe and friendly.
There is a shopping center within 1 mile including Costco, Walmart, Target, and about 50 restaurants too.
Freeway access is minutes away, as is American Fork Canyon, and Fox Hollow Golf Course.
Our favorite parks to visit as a family include Mitchell Hollow (which has access to our favorite bike or walking path - The Murdock Canal Trail), Highland Glen, and Art Dye Park.
You will want to have a vehicle to get most places while staying here. We do rent our Jeep Renegade on Turo and would love to consider renting it to you during your stay if needed.
The frontrunner train is nearby, but not within walking distance. The train can get you to the airport, downtown Salt Lake, or Provo.
