This beautiful and spacious single-family one-floor home has 250+ m2 (2,000+ sqft) and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room and TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a private pool with heated water, and a jacuzzi.
In the main bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, a bathroom with a double sink, a hydromassage bathtub, a standard shower, and a huge walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothes and shoes.
There are also 3 more bedrooms. 2 have a queen bed, and the other has 2 single beds. All the rooms have smart televisions. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people, possibly up to 12 (ask for unique accommodation).

You and your guest will have exclusive access to the home, which includes a private pool with heated water and a jacuzzi. Plus FREE access to the magnificent onsite resort-style amenities: the resort-style swimming pool with a jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, games room, movie theater, billiards room, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard court, basketball court, playground, panoramic pier, and much more.
*TO KEEP IN MIND*
*The private pool and jacuzzi can be heated for a convenience fee of $35.00/day, and it needs to be purchased for the total length of your stay. It needs to be requested at least 4 days before the check-in.
*There is no daily cleaning service. However, it can be requested at an additional cost.

*No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
*Non-smoking. 100% non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. The house is proud to be free of smoking (any kind). Thank you for not smoking inside the house. Failure to comply will incur a $400.00 fine.
*Travel must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
*Guest agrees to cover any charge related to damages or extra-cleaning due to inappropriate use of the house or its items.
*Pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
