Best place our family has ever stayed! Clean quiete relaxing stay plan to return visit in the future!

The house is beautiful!! And on a lot that is mostly secluded which was perfect for our family. Had a few little things. There are three bathrooms and only two rolls of toilet paper. None in one of the masters and no spares. One of the outside chairs was broken and when my husband sat down not knowing he almost fell out the back of it. The fire place on the covered porch did not work. But really just small things. It was cozy and kept us all dry on a rainy weekend. We would definitely stay again!

This property was a great choice. The location, the cleanliness, and entertainment within the home was great. The host communication was amazing. Directions on how to get to the property as well as the check in and check out process made everything flow smoothly. 10/10

We loved the beautiful property tucked between the pines. We made some wonderful memories and would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was well stocked, nicely decorated and in a wonderful location. We noticed a few minor things when we checked in (some massive cobwebs in one of the bedrooms, a trim (?) piece below one of the doors was unattached and the air hockey table was worn), but these were truly minor. It was a much needed relaxing long weekend.

We absolutely fell in love with this cabin. The design was modern but cozy with plenty of amenities to keep the entire family having fun each day. We were unexpectedly hit with a winter storm that made us spend more time than we had initially planned at this cabin. Normally you would think this was bad news, however, this cabin had every amenity we could ever need which led to our kids never getting bored. From Air hockey and foosball, super nintendo, and numerous board games, along with lincoln logs for the younger kids, we literally never saw our kids bored while Mom and Dad were able to enjoy cooking in a beautifully designed kitchen, snuggling up on the couch to watch our favorite shows on their smart TVs and most importantly enjoying the warmth of the perfectly placed hot tub on the back deck that left a wonderful view of the outdoor gas fireplace and smart TV, with well thought out designed spaces that allowed us to have our adult-beverages close by and the remote control for the TV within reach. The two master suites were perfect for us to invite the mother-in-law in this family trip. The bunk room created the perfect kids refuge from their authoritative parents. We literally had to drag them out when we left, no joke! In a winter storm, we happily melted away at this stellar and luxurious retreat and we are already planning our returning trip back to this special place for next year.

We stayed at "Between Two Pines" for a long weekend to relax, explore the state park, and go fly fishing. The cabin (which is actually a luxury home) was exceptionally clean, and the management company was professional, easy to reach, and very responsive (note: we did not need to reach them while we were there; everything went smoothly). The photos in the listing are accurate, and the home is very nice with plenty of room while still being cozy.
A heads up, if you are accustomed to staying in rental homes: carefully read the list of items that are provided. They do not provide anything they do not list. Some of us have come to expect a few random items in rental properties – spices leftover from previous guests (of dubious quality), aluminum foil, pens, etc. The management company is very clear about what they provide, so this is not a negative against them or the listing – it's just something for future renters to be aware of. For example, bring your own salt & pepper!
The check-out procedures were reasonable and standard (take out trash, start dishwasher, start a load of towels in the washer). I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the area again. And I always appreciate homes that allow dogs!

I want to start this review out by saying the management company of this property attempted to resolve some of the issues we had with the cabin as described below. The first initial impression of the cabin was that it was visually nice and had great decor and overall styling. There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy. However, with time, as we started to look a little closer at some of the things there we saw things that weren’t so nice or maintained. Underneath the grill outside there was dirty cooking equipment and it was just generally filthy with grime. Clearly had not been cleaned. The games that we had so looked forward to playing were in complete disarray thrown in a cabinet downstairs. Pieces to the games were just laying around in the cabinet. Not in playable condition. Additionally, the outdoor downstairs seating had a completely broken unusable chair. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be properly repaired or replaced before a new guest arrives. The jacuzzi was shocked too heavily with chemicals for us to use and the water was very cloudy. No one in our party was ok using it from the harsh smell radiating from it. Lastly, the AC unit went out after hours. The cabin upstairs reached a temperature of 82 degrees. We attempted to troubleshoot the issue and followed instructions provided to repair it whilst management sent a repair person. The thermostat had issues logged on their from May. We sweated in this cabin with no AC until finally WE fixed it.

The cabin was so well furnished and comfortable. The kids and adults all loved it. The game room loft and hot tub were a big hit! The proximity to Beavers Bend State Park was so convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and three of our young adult kids stayed a few days and loved it! We loved how close our cabin was to Beavers Bend State park. The cabin supplied all we needed. Probably our favorite feature was the outdoor hot tub and tv so we could watch the NBA playoffs and college World Series in comfort! It might be good to know that the roads are dirt and there aren’t tons of places for coffee or food. But the cabin was amazing, beds comfortable and we felt relaxed and secluded. We’d love to stay again!

Great place to enjoy downtime with my family and was also so close to everything we wanted to do! We had children as young as 2 and adults in their 60's. Everything was perfect!

Cabin was prefect for our family. Big enough so you didn’t feel on top of each other, but not too big that the teens could completely isolate. Kitchen was well stocked and great patio. Loved how easy it was to find. Been coming to Hochatown for years and locating your place can be challenging! Loved all the pines!!! Cabin helped make it another successful vacation! Thank you!

This cabin was a relaxing quiet trip. Plenty of space, if you like more modern style cabins this is the place for you. The beds were super comfy, lighting inside the cabin and outside were just perfect. And if you go with little ones there is plenty for them to do. I Highly recommend staying. Will be coming back soon! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained. While it is pet friendly there was no evidence of pets actually having been there. Everything you could need for a week long stay was provided. We experienced some issues with the wifi but the property management team was quick to respond and assist with the problem. We would stay here again.

If you want the most comfortable bed you’ve ever felt, book this NOW! The location is ideal and super close to everything. I’ve stayed in lots of broken bow cabins and so far this is my favorite ones! Because of the sheets! Hahahaha

We have frequently used Vrbo for our family vacations and over the years we have stayed in some really wonderful places. But Between Two Pines was simply more special than all those others. In my opinion it was a masterpiece.
The decor, floor plan, outdoor living spaces, included toiletries, stocked kitchenware, comfort of furniture, amenities, quality construction materials, communication with the owners, available firewood, location proximity to Hochatown, beautiful pine trees…the list goes on.
I’d recommend this cabin to anyone.

We had the best time in Hochatown! The house was perfect & we loved the layout of the rooms. Kids loved having their own bunk space and spent most of their time hanging out in the game room!

Absolutely beautiful cabin with great sleeping arrangements for families. We particularly enjoyed the back deck with the dining area, fireplace, hot tub and TV. Spent a lot of time out there.

Our long-weekend getaway was perfect. The hosts were very communicative, and the property was beautiful. We absolutely loved the back porch and ate all of our meals on the large dining table outside. Mattresses very comfortable and kitchen has every utensil you will ever need. The decor is beautiful inside and out. There are other homes under construction nearby, so there is the occasional contractor noise, but not on the weekends.
