Nice modern apartment close to train station

Great location for Watford junction station as we used it to get to Wembley am stadium and just a mile or so to the high street

Too hot, unbearable.

Great location and facilities. Attached to Holiday Inn so you can use their facilities.

The room was unbearably hot. I complained to reception 3 times, I ended up with 4 fans trying to cool it down - ridiculous. They said they have numerous complaints about heat.

Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

The apartment is well located to get into London and the first thing I noticed that it was very clean. It has all facilities you’d need from dishwasher tablets, pots, pans to shampoo etc in the bathroom. The staff were accommodating, friendly and fast to respond to any queries I sent prior to our stay. We had a great stay, it was quiet with no noise issues and the bed was massive and very comfortable. We had breakfast at the adjoined holiday inn one of the days and that was great too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Clean, close and comfortable.

The stay was lovely. Staff really nice and helpful especially in the holiday Inn which is attached to the property. The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were comfortable. Right next to Watford junction

Great place to get together with friends.

Modern fittings and plenty of space. Well equipped.

Some of the appliances had seen better days - kettle lid didn’t close properly, the bin wouldn’t open the way it should.

Bad customer service

It was way too hot. The wrong date was booked and had to re book the correct date and the manger said he would refund me for the wrong date. I didn’t receive a refund and no one is getting back to me and can’t get in contact with them. Would not stay here again, terrible customer service.

Correct Parking information would have avoided our fine.

Good location, comfortable room.

When we checked in we paid the receptionist £6 for parking. We then received a parking fine for £100!

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable. There was parking and the location was ideal as we were travelling into London and the apartment was a few minutes walk from the station. I would recommend this place as a base for London and Harry Potter tour

The apartment was perfect for location, right across the road from Watford junction and the bus stop to Harry Potter studios. We had originally planned to use public transport but ended up driving but wouldn’t have been a problem if not. Also only £13 return into London so we saved a lot of money compared to staying in central London. The bed was very big and comfortable too and the space was good for 2 people. Close to the high street as well.

You can’t prebook the parking so cars were parked wherever they could fit blocking cars in, we struggled to get parking the first night when we got back about 8pm. The windows in the apartment were very old and didn’t shut easily plus there was gaps around it so the wind was blowing through so was very cold at night.

I loved this place, will return!!!

We loved everything about the apartment. It was a last-minute booking after a mix-up with our previous booking. We checked in just after midnight and although the main reception desk was closed, we could still check in. The staff was friendly and helpful especially after my husband lost an item. It was accidentally put in the bin, but the staff went the extra mile to try and get it back which we did. We will definitely return!!!

There was nothing that we did not like about the apartment and would recommend. This was good.

Avoid! Unsafe, could not sleep due to music and worse customer service ever!

Location was good and reasonably clean.

Absolutely awful. arrived at 8 pm. Room next door blasting music. Called staff 4 times and although they told them not to play music, nothing. I knocked on the door and they were drunk, became aggressive and swore at me. This hotel is not safe at all. Rule of quiet time after 10pm not enforced. This went on till 5 am. Son, wife and I did not sleep at all. Left at 9 am and they refused a refund. Avoid and worst customer service ever.

great interiors space, all clean, and nicely decorated. easy check in and cheap parking for 24 hours

It was spacious and comfortable.

Didn't sleep due to the family on my floor being loud and having the child screaming and running around after 10pm. Prefer a quiet area very light sleeper. Need a bath Matt so you don't slip in the bath.
