l'idéal pour un court séjour à Deauville

la piscine est l'élément fort de cet établissement. l'ouverture sur l'extérieur et sur l'intérieur est un vrai plus. Le petit dej est bon (mais il faut réserver la veille !!!). emplacement parfait !

la gestion des serviettes n'est pas optimales. Un seul jeu dans la chambre (quand ils n'en oublient pas), et ensuite on doit faire avec les sécher etc. Ce serait plus simple d'avoir des serviettes en libre service à la piscine ou meme avec une caution ou une carte, mais au moins on gère pas le séchage. Accueil qui pourrait être amélioré.

Super séjour

La résidence est bien placée. L'appartement était au top avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un super séjour. La piscine était top ainsi que le spa. Super séjour.

Les poubelles un peu loin dans le parking (c'est parce qu'il faut dire quelque chose)

Eine nur sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlende Anlage.

Die Residenz liegt gut. Man kann die Orte und die Strände in Deauville und Trouville zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Wohnung im 4.Stock war von der Größe und Lage an sich sehr gut. Auch die Möblierung war sehr ordentlich. Die TG ist sehr geräumig und gut zu erreichen.

Eine Zumutung war, dass im Gebälk über der Wohnung Tauben nisteten, die den Boden und teilweise die Möbel des Balkons jeden Tag verkotet haben ( Bilder kann ich nachreichen ).Nachdem dies am 1.Tag noch gereinigt worden ist, wurde uns dann erklärt, "da könne man nichts machen". Die Größe des einen Schrankes war der Größe der Wohnung - für 4 Personen - völlig unangemessen. Der 2. Schrank war mit Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Reinigungsgeräten und 1 Kinderbett vollgestellt. Das Personal am Empfang war unfreundlich, inkompetent und konnte - jedenfalls überwiegend - nicht einmal englisch.

Gute Lage mit Luft nach oben

Wir hatten ein Maisonette Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Blick auf den Hafen gebucht. Speziell die Aussicht mit Abendsonne auf dem Balkon war hier sehr schön. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. In der Nacht war es angenehm ruhig. Die Lage in Deauville ist sehr zentral. Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage, 36 EUR für 3 Tage. Für 21 EUR wird ein leckeres Frühstück angeboten.

Das Frühstück musste man täglich neu reservieren, was uns für den letzen Tag nicht gelang, da wir hier am Vortag 9 Uhr die Aussage bekamen, dass eine Reservierung für den nächsten Tag nicht mehr möglich wäre. Zu unserer Verwunderung fanden wir am nächsten Morgen einen fast leeren Frühstücksraum und wir haben uns gefragt, warum wir kein Frühstück reservieren konnten, da das Hotel wahrlich nicht ausgebucht war. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir uns extra wegen einem möglichen Frühstück für dieses Hotel entschieden hatten. Es wird eine Kaution von 300 EUR geblockt für diverse Reinigung (Müll entsorgen, Betten abziehen, Küche reinigen), die man selbst erledigen muss. Sonst werden hier 50 EUR in Rechnung gestellt. Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass die Klassifizierung des Hotels und der aufgerufene Preis bei beiden zu hoch gegriffen ist.

The location is perfect. Good access to Trouville. Went to Fish Market everyday where provided the best oyster.

Enjoyable but expensive for what you got!

The swimming pool opens very late at 9am, and closes early at 8pm. After a day of visiting D-Day museums it would have been nice to come back for a swim or at least had an early swim before heading off for the day. The fitness suite was very small with very little equipment, again only opened at 9am instead of earlier. The sauna, salt room were lovely but didn't realise until the 2nd last day of our holiday that no booking/ fee was necessary to use them & were located beyond the reception desk of the spa so difficult to find. The breakfast at €21 pp was expensive.

Could be a gem, needs proper cleaning

The indoor swimming pool offered a good solution for the rain. The rooms are modern and new. Location is fantastic.

Rooms are completely new but due to bad cleaning and dodgy silicone paste in the wet areas really dirty and will wear out quickly. Sanitary items hanging loose from the walls. Such a shame. Our toilet kept on giving brown water due to some type of congestion. Ventilation wasn't working well and opening a window immediately welcomed 5 dirty flies roaming around. If you are taking kids definitely book a room for 6 as the room for 4 only offers 1 bedroom. Such a shame, with better cleaning it would be a gem!

Well located, newly renovated apartment.

well-located and newly renovated residence. The sauna and hammam is small, but worthy a visit.

We are family of 4 and with a grandmother. There were only two pairs of slippers and two bath robes. When I went to the reception to ask for one more bath robe, the lady told me it would cost 9EUR for extra. I don't find her particularly helpful even rude for a staff working at 5-star facility like this. Because it was also her who bluntly replied NO when I asked if I could borrow an iron the next day. (No, there wasn't iron in the apartment even there was a tiny ironing board). Another receptionist, who was much kinder, told me there was usually iron in each apartment, but some got stolen. She would see if she could keep one for us after checkout time.) My family kept asking for an iron on Tuesday and Wednesday, finally we got one on Thursday. I am not happy with the attitude of that particular receptionist who was rude and didn't even try to provide any solution for us, otherwise the stay was agreeable.

Passable

outside our apartment is the construction, in the morning it was so loud, we woke up early because of the sound. The sofa bed was so hard and it was not so comfortable to sleep in.

Nice hotel with large rooms and nice spa, would not consider this a 5* hotel though.

The room was very big and spacious with a little kitchen, the spa and pool was really nice as well. Location is also great very close to the train station and to main sites. Has one bad experience with staff but the next night staff was really lovely.

The internet was very slow in my room and did not work on one side. There were also missing a few items I would expect at a 5* hotel like lotion and slippers. When I called and ask if we could have more sugar for the tea and coffee in the room I was very rudely spoken to by staff and told I could just go out and buy some. We also had a very bad smell in the bathroom one night, although staff fixed this the next morning.

when we arrived we were asked for a 300 euro deposit which we had no idea about !! we had to pay this on a credit card it was to be returned after our stay within a few days if the apartment was up to standard we managed to get a very nice receptionist to check as we left and return the money on our card but this has cost in credit card fees not a good start to a holiday lucky we had a card and money available

Cleanliness was not up to standard Heavy stains on the sofa No cleaning offer during the stay Price charge does not reflect on the service proposal. Pool too small for that amount of apartment.
