Great value for the middle of the center. Quiet neighborhood.

Location in the middle of the center.

Small bedroom. One person has to climb over the other bed to get out. Kitchenware was short for making a proper fresh meal.

There is no parking between 8-18 near the hotel, I've got 58 EUR fine for parking nearby (It's max 2h daily).

Not a hotel

As housing it was adequate. Provided plenty of cleaning products such as dishwasher and washing machine detergent, kitchen counter wiping cloths, dish detergent, and liquid soap. But no cleaning sprays or paper towels. Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided. The apartment is clean and, while the window shade is worn and does not retract, it does darken the bedroom adequately. It has a good clothes washer/dryer.

This is not a hotel. Including the word hotel in the name is misleading. There are no hotel services. It is a small apartment building with exterior entries, no front desk, weak security, poor communication. Basic staples such as salt, pepper, and sugar, are not provided. I had to call to get the apartment number when I arrived at the building. Apartment is sparsely furnished, has minimal lighting, and no decor.

Great stay in Stavanger

The apartments were well supplied, and beds were comfortable. Our location was close to everything, yet quiet. The host upgraded our apartments because the capacity was full so we had even more space than expected. We had to call the staff with a question and they were quick to assist.

Clean, good value for money accommodation in a good location.

Good location, clean, quite well equipped, good shower.

No toaster or can opener. Dishwasher had not been emptied when I arrived, some of the dishes were not clean. One of the electric sockets was hanging out of the wall. Found a g-string presumably left by previous occupant in the wardrobe. No dishwashing cloths or sponges. Minor details but all easily fixed with attention to detail. No staff is ok but as a result there was nobody to flag these issues with.

The kitchen is extremely dirty. The oven and the dish washer are both dirty and require deep cleaning. The rubber sealing of the shower door needs to be fixed.

Everything in the apartment was clean and the location was good.

It was indicated that the hotel had parking space, but that turned out not to be true. Also the size of the apartment, was for sure max 30 square meter instead if the indicated 35.

Easy access with a door code, able to get in slightly early. Adequate kitchen facilities. Close to bus station, about 10mins from town centre. There is a lift for luggage.

Very nice tiny apartment

A comfy tiny apartment with a washing machine, kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and even an extremely fluffy, cute and friendly cat neighbour 😊🐱

There were a lot of flies in the apartment, it was very annoying. There wasn't a blind on the window in main area, so no privacy. Even though it was great to have a dishwasher, it could've been nice to also have a dish soap and paper towels. The washing machine is also a dryer, but no matter how much cycles of drying we tried, our clothes were still very much wet.. luckily there was a laundry hanger we could use to hang dry everything. Lastly, there aren't sockets near the bed.

Good location

Parties held by rooms next door with trash left around the 1st floor the next morning. A/C is not cold at all, even at maximum ventilation Staff unhelpful - contacted them via email to get help regarding the A/C. Was not able to get any further assistance after receiving 1 email response from them despite sending multiple emails to get more help. Tried to call and they were unwilling to help by coming down or providing more instructions.

The Flat in the Interesting Area

I learn that the housing hotel is an private area which included many flats together. We had many neighbors because it's a peak season. The flat we booked is not big, but with everything we need. We could call the customer service if the flat is lack of something. They would send us the other day when the cleaning lady came. Since there is no reception on site, the neighbors (like a community) had party & drank & smoke in the common area until 3:00am. I think it just because the weather was very very nice (I heard that it's rare in Norway) We're happy for them, but we just couldn't sleep with the noise & smell. But the other nights rained, it's silent.

The flat is good. It's clean & has all we need, & it's easy to reach to the Central Station too. However, it's like located in a mid mountain. We need to carry the luggage to go up to the flat. So, backpacker is good for this hotel, or simply take the taxi when checking in in the 1st day. I couldn't find any public transport which could skip the sloping road. Second, although the flat we booked is on the 2nd floor, it's not so good to open the window when sleeping due to the security reason. People is able to climb up to the room. So, we felt a bit hot at night.
