This was a great stay. The lobby was open and clean and lots of seating which was good for breakfast in the morning. Also, it had beautiful artwork and fun lighting details. The beds were comfy and even the pull out couch bed was good. Dove shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion were in the room. Very spacious set up! Staff was very attentive and the breakfast in the morning was good with variety like biscuits and gravy and waffles and cereal. The coffee was hot- they did have creamer but not flavored. The hotel is newer and right by the freeway but we didn't really hear the traffic and the block out shades worked great.

This brand new barely broken in hotel at the time one month old was very new and very nice I enjoyed my stay felt comfortable first time I've seen a hybrid hotel with two brands and one building I think there should be more of those and I will definitely stay there again staff is above average and willing and eager to help with any of your needs

I was coming from out of town and it was a late check-in at about 3:30 in the morning and I called to verify that when I got there to check in the lady told me she couldn’t check me in so I ended up having to go next-door to a different hotel and pay double the charge

The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the hotel seemed new. It actually had a breakfast (eggs, sausage in addition to the usual waffles, toast, yogurt). We will definitely stay at Wingate again.

Stayed with my little dog. Although there is an elevator, my room was on the 4th floor at the back of the property. It was a very long walk and long wait for him to make it down and outside to potty area. Room was lovely. Toilet seat was broken otherwise all good. The bedding and towels were first class extra nice! One caution to mention. The bed itself is extremely high off the floor. I woukd not put a baby or child up on it alone. Long way to the floor should they roll off. I am small, under five foot and elderly. It was difficult to get up onto the bed. But it was so comfortable once I was able. Did not look forward to the struggle down and back up for the middle of the night bathroom trip. I ask when checking out if entire hotel had the same very high beds, she said yes. I would stay here again even with the giant nesting bed. Must remember to request lower floor if traveling with my dog. Breakfast was included and it was very good also. Dove products in the bath. Mini refrigerater and single cup coffee maker in my room. Wifi was speedy and bunch of channels on the tv. I quite enjoyed staying here and will again.

The hotel and location was very good for our visit. The entire establishment was clean, quiet and peaceful. The only downfall was that the pool was Closed due to maintenance issues. This was certainly an unwelcome surprise when we arrived. It would be nice if there was a way that the hotel after they receive reservation notification could email a notice that the pool was closed. Honestly , had I been told in advance, I would have changed my reservations to another hotel. Having a pool is a big issue for our family.

Overall good. 1st room I was given hadnt been cleaned then 2nd one shower didnt drain and maintenence was not on property. Could tell shower hadnt been cleaned due to hair on floor drain issue likely would have been identified as well. Seems like hotel is nice because its new but is not being kept up. Also dont like that breakfast doesnt start until 7 and you have to ask for bedding for pull-out and carry it to room and make-up yourself.

New hotel so things are all new and clean. The breakfast was typical hotel included breakfast nothing special or worth getting unless you need the amenity. Location is good didnt hear freeway noise and was easy to get in and out and close to everything.

First got into our room and needed to use the restroom. The sink was dirty, there was no toilet paper and the toilet seat was up and looked dirty. In the morning went down just for coffee and the coffee was out and they said it would be another 20 minutes. Very disappointed.

Nice brand new hotel, was sent to wrong room type and it was fixed. We prepaid for the room but was charged again checking in a then another time for when they changed our room to the correct room type. The hotel is brand new and just opened to the staff was having trouble with the payment and booking system. Breakfast was good and offered quality healthy options.
