- Three beautiful bedrooms. (two king beds, one queen bed, and bunk bed two twins)
- Comfortable living room with a 75” TV.
- Game table room.
- Open kitchen with breakfast nook and formal dining area.
Outdoor Amenities:
- Gated backyard with an in-ground pool.
- Covered back porch with couch and lounge chairs.
Guest Access:
- Entire property is exclusively for guest use.
Neighborhood Rules:
- Quiet hours start at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No pets unless otherwise arranged with host.
Parking:
- Large driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.
- Driveway is narrow at the entrance so please drive slow and safe.
- No street parking.
Requirements:
- Guests must sign rental agreement, pool waiver, and house rules before stay.
Cancellation- guest is responsible for paying all credit card processing fees upon cancellation. Usually around a 2% fee.
** We do utilize a strict cancellation policy so if you have any concern about canceling your booking then we highly recommend that you utilize travel insurance either through your credit card or through a travel insurance company. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy then please reach out so we can discuss. We are willing to accommodate as much as we can.**
