good breakfast, plenty of it; rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of hot water in the morning, staff seemed happy to help

there was no decaf coffee in the room [it was available at breast fast so I could have just asked for it]

Good nights of sleep.

Cleanness, the shower is so powerful, free parking, the bed, the room I stayed was very spacious with everything you could want, the staff was easy going, excellent AC. I have travelled for work.

Nothing to point out given price vs what I got. I was surprised.

I would not be staying at a Belleville hotel again, even if they paid me to as the smell of the Carpets it brought on my

The rooms were smelly and the corridors there was like a mould smell I couldn’t sleep the whole night. It brought my asthma on as there was a foul smell. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I kept changing the pillows around but again it was so uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep. I was just resting trying to rest. I would never be staying there again, even if it’s for a lower price, they need to upgrade their carpets or get rid of it.

Disappointment in Crewe

The location and breakfast. the junior staff was very helpful.

we reserved a holiday inn express. we were surprised to learn it was no longer holiday inn. our reservation was not honored. the manager was not helpful except to point out that we could rebook our rooms cheaper from booking.com than from him. the elevator didn't work in the morning so we 4 seniors had to haul our bags down 4 levels. the manager noted this was a common problem but offer no assistance.

Well situated and comfortable hotel. Breakfast could be improved.

Clean tidy comfortable room with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to railway station making it convenient for travel.

Breakfast was poor. Coffee machine out of a toon, so do it yourself with sachets of instant coffee or teabags. Poor range of cereals, no yogurt, no berries.

Kind of average. With the the maintenance it could be really nice.

It was poor. The area was messy, not kept clean. There was a shortage of bacon, cups the scrambled eggs were stuck to the bottom of the container and way overcooked.

The hotel is tired and tatty. The floors in the restaurant were in bad condition. There’s nothing a decent lick of paint and some decent maintenance wouldn’t put right

Great, when I finally got to my room

The room was spacious and clean and a very comfortable bed.

That no-one was on reception when I arrived and there was no way of getting their attention. I waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to finally come to reception.

Half the price and much better than my previous evening at a holiday inn off the M6

I was expecting a cold breakfast, delighted to find a hot full English. Also, awesome to have an ice machine in the lobby.

Phenomenal.

The staff are welcoming. They’re like one big family. The managers are absolutely respectful and everyone just wants to help you out and enjoy your stay.

Really convenient for visiting family, clean and comfortable and good breakfast.

good breakfast, some items were missing but were sorted after asking, on first morning milk had run out on coffee machine but couldn't find anyone to re fill, easy location to find and enable us to visit family.

more tea bags in room & milks but when we asked for more we were able to get some.

Value for money yes, only continental breakfast available by that I mean a banana, would I revisit ? Probably not

Not holiday flats as advertised but more akin to travel lodge type room

Room was noisy all through night 212 avoid! Coffee machine not working in the morning as it needed cleaning, told staff and didn’t give a flying fig, not only that why wasn’t it checked in the morning ?
