This stunning villa is a one-level mansion built over several buildings and bungalows, all connected by a large mirror pool. This very charming and luxurious estate is a hidden treasure, ideal for families with children or friends sharing the St-Barts experience.
Recently renovated by its new owners, the villa has been tastefully decorated in a refined and contemporary style. Let the mesmerizing magic of the place take you in the vast living room that opens onto the terrace, furnished with sofas, armchairs, and wooden coffee tables on a waxed concrete floor. You will also find alarge mezzanine that is an ideal place for relaxing, as apromise of timeless moments spent in an idyllic scenery.
The professional kitchen is the very best place for any gourmet creations for your guests, gathered around the indoor or outdoor dining room whenever you wish to dine in or out. It is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, centrifuge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar.
This grand villa offersseven large rooms housed in pavilions located in the tropical garden. All feature king size or twin beds. One of the rooms shares a bathroom with another room, making it an ideal setup for a family. Dressing rooms, mezzanines, outdoor showers, a private patio: each room has its own unique character in the heart of this estate, perfect for celebrating a wedding or an anniversary.
Located in the center of the complex of buildings that make up the villa, the terrace is designed like a Caribbeangarden-inspired artwork. Loungers are set up around the sumptuous swimming pool, between the tall palm trees and green grassy areas. There are also parasols, wooden floors, and benches in this true haven of peace and beauty nestled in the heart of Lorient, only a few steps from the beach. A gazebo is also at your disposal for moments of daydreaming or reading.
