About this house rental
Welcome to this charming new wooden house, ideally located just 150 metres from Aber Wrach. This spacious house sleeps up to 8 people and is fully accessible for disabled guests, providing comfortable accommodation for all.
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a bright living room. You can relax in front of the television or enjoy the view of the Aber Wrach from the lounge. A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete this floor.
Upstairs, a TV lounge offers a beautiful view of the aber, while a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and two bedrooms with twin 80x200 beds provide comfortable accommodation for the rest of your group. There is also a separate WC and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The house is fully wheelchair-accessible, with step-free access from the car park, appropriately wide doors and accessible sanitary facilities throughout the ground floor.
There is also a large wooden terrace accessible from the ground floor, where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy a quiet aperitif or dinner in the mild summer weather.
Situated on the Aber-Wrach harbour, the house offers easy access to local entertainment. Please note that evenings in the harbour can be lively and the house is not suitable for those seeking absolute peace and quiet, as there is a bar just down the road.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Hotel-quality bed and bathroom linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a small welcome hamper made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
