Zenaida Estate is nestled on three acres of lush tropical gardens where a 17th century Dutch fort once stood. Luxuriate in the white powdery sands of our deserted beach. Enjoy ultimate privacy in two separate villas and an adjoining garden cottage, all handsomely appointed featuring a total of seven air conditioned bedrooms and en suite baths, a vanishing edge pool, and hot tub.

The property is comprised of 7 bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite) in two 3-bedroom villas and one 1-bedroom garden cottage. The villa provides all of the following: a Jacuzzi, nestled within seaside trees; a fresh water pool with a vanishing edge overlooking the sea; a Har-Tru tennis court with lights for night play, buffering the Estate from its neighbors; a fully equipped fitness center which provides a place for exercise and massage; an expansive dining pavilion with computer and entertainment facilities.

The grandest touch of all is right below your feet--a beautiful half mile of Anguilla's famed powdered white sand beach adjacent to the Estate--just a short stroll along a winding, gentle path. And Zenaida proudly boasts the only private tennis court in the Eastern Caribbean with a soft Har-tru surface, newly built and lit at night. All the equipment needed is provided. Professional instruction can be arranged.

This splendid estate boasts a separate grand pavilion with double height ceilings, gourmet kitchen and wrap around terrace for dining, entertainment and large gatherings.

Zenaida sits on Anguilla's highest elevation and is graced with a cooling breeze and is famous for its sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and the mountains of St Martin and St Barths beyond.
