- This 2-story townhome requires a flight of stairs for entry. While there is a bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms and bathrooms
- There is another bookable vacation rental in the basement apartment; other travelers may be present during your stay
- The property does not have air conditioning
- The community pool is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the garage door facing outward toward the garage entry and driveway, and 1 camera is above the front deck facing the deck. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound at one-minute intervals when motion is detected
