About this house rental

In the middle of a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of lively Acton, this three-bedroom home welcomes its guests with beautiful art, exquisite furnishings and a dose of rich cultural heritage. Located in the midpoint between the lovely west London neighbourhoods of Acton, Chiswick and Shepherd’s Bush, there are sights and attractions galore in the area – including Acton Park, a green oasis perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Walk up the small path leading to the gorgeous red brick Victorian terraced house, and pass through the threshold to reach the delightful living room on the left. Warm wood floors, big bay windows with plenty of light streaming through, cosy furniture – these are the things that make this living room a truly delightful space.

Make your way to the other end of the house to encounter the impressive kitchen and dining area. The kitchen itself is spacious, modern and well-equipped, its U-shaped form-fitting perfectly into the space. Nearby, the large timber dining table sits atop a vibrant rug, benefitting from the abundance of natural light from the large bi-fold doors leading to the garden.

The garden is a tranquil haven of greenery, a true English garden complete with hydrangeas, vines creeping up the fences and a table perfect for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom is bright and inviting, with a super king-sized bed forming the room’s centrepiece alongside a large vintage mirror and a beautiful chest of drawers under the big windows. You’ll also find a TV room on this floor, complete with a desk and a cosy sofa which can convert into a double bed to make the second bedroom. The bathroom on this floor is chic and sleek, featuring a bath, toilet and wash basin.

Ascend the stairs again to reach the top level, where you’ll find the spacious third bedroom. This airy room offers another super king-sized bed and plenty of tasteful art, all illuminated by the skylights on one side of the room and the large conventional window on the other. This room also benefits from a stylish en-suite bathroom, which features a shower, toilet and wash basin.
