The Kinou chalet is a magnificent individual chalet, completely new, located opposite the Lachat ski bus stop, and in the immediate vicinity of the Bellecombe-Mont Rond connecting slope with a possible ski-in/ski-out departure when the snow conditions allow it. The village center is 5 km away. In winter and summer, mini-market, ski rental shop and restaurant next to the chalet.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. Le Lachat is a very sunny area and a gateway to the Espace Diamant for good skiers. Please note, a car is essential.

In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 3 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 9km away.

The location of the chalet is central, since it is 15 minutes from Les Saisies, 20 minutes from Megève, Chamonix is 1 hour away, Annecy 1 hour 15 minutes and Geneva 1 hour 30 minutes by road.

The Kinou chalet, located at an altitude of 1450 m, enjoys an incredible view of the Espace Diamant mountain cirque. You will be seduced by its calm environment, its terraces, one of which has a jacuzzi and its many facilities, including the ski room. The chalet is organized on three levels, with five bedrooms, ideal for accommodating between 10 and 12 travelers. This chalet benefits from a superb location with a mini-market, a restaurant and a sports shop right next door. Ski-in ski-out possible when the snow conditions allow it and a ski bus stop at the back of the chalet, it is ideally located, 20 minutes from Megève and 15 minutes from Les Saisies.

On the main level (access by going down a few steps):
