Spacious bed sit style rooms with everything you need. 10 minute bus ride into Parma and excellent secure parking. Furniture a little tired looking but very clean.

Good location to bus stop, easy parking, close grocery store and restaurants. Check in and check out instructions were very unclear, couch was trashed, no basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper or cleaning supplies like dish rags and dish soap. Big bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.

We had a lovely large room, looking out over the park. The laundry facilities were appreciated and the host was really helpful.

Great studio like rooms. Host is amazingly nice and helpful. Room overall was clean and great- only improvement could have been shower and toilet needed bit of maintanence work- an easy fix!

Excellent location, very nice modern and spacious apartment. Bed was objectively terrible though, extremely soft with huge sag in the middle. Otherwise, all very nice. Got free parking by the hotel no problem (but it was out-of-season).

Great place! Enjoyed very much having a kitchenette. Very comfortable beds, quiet room and impeccably clean. This is a residence that rents apartments, not a hotel. Great supermarket 2 minutes away. I would stay here again.

Hotel was fine - a little difficult to find for me, but actually on the main road (I just missed the sign and could not put building number 63 into my satnav).
Staff very helpful.
No restaurant facilities here but there are a few close by, plus a coffee shop nearby for breakfast.
Private parking.

We were given smoking rooms which we did not want. They didn't ask if we wanted smoking or non-smoking rooms on the website so we assumed we wouldn't get a smoking room. We assumed wrong. That kind of ruined the perfect stay for us. But that's life. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room and you'll have a great time.
They have a shuttle service that took us to the airport the night before the flight and waited for us while we turned in the car, then took us back to the hotel. Later, the shuttle took us to the metro station and we took the metro into the city. The shuttle service runs between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. We returned to the hotel after 6 p.m. So we took a taxi back.( 15 Euros- there were 4 of us). We could have taken a bus but we were too tired to deal with it. The shuttle driver was really nice and very helpful.
There was a very nice restaurant about a block away which had excellent food. Shaped like a submarine.

Where to begin? Easily found from the main auto strada, a welcome to dream of and the most beautifully presented niche hotel possible. The decor is stunning with Trompe L'Oieul painting throught the interior and amazing the exterior as well. Our room was spacious and well appointed, bathroom clean, bed comfortable and we plan to visit Parma again, there is a lot to see here. We will certainly not look further than Residence Corta delle Vittoria. By the way, the manager Luce is extremely helpful, speak English well which did make things easier and took a genuine interest in us an experience found only from a family owned hotel.
