Our brand new residence, Les Terrasses de la Vanoise, offers you a stay in total relaxation, summer and winter, out of time and daily stress with a multitude of quality services for an unforgettable vacation or weekend in the mountains with friends or family; under the sign of chic and charm. Facing South-South West, offering magnificent views of the village, the peaks and the slopes of Courchevel in the background.
After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, take part in the events organized by the resort and take the time to experience moments of joy in the mountains in complete simplicity.
The residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool and the Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, tennis courts (5 min walk), 50 m from the free shuttle stop in winter. The resort center and shops are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 people. 80 x 200 cm) which can be pushed together to make a double bed (160 x 200 cm)
- Mountain corner composed of 2 double bunk beds (4 people. 140 x 200 cm), located in the entrance and without window
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. Washing machine/dryer.

The rental price includes: beds made and towels left in the apartment (2 towels per person), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes) and 2 GARAGE SPACES (max height 2 m). Satellite TV. WIFI. Luggage storage available to customers.
Ski schools, ski slopes and ski lifts 2 minutes away by free shuttle (stop 50 m from the residence). Swimming pool and Spa near the residence. Tennis courts 200 m away.

In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your vacation:
Champagny – resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point of the gondola lift which takes skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at an altitude of 1,450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This listed natural site is home to a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding, etc.) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
