Nestled between the High Street and Crag Path, 10 Hertford Place stands in the heart of Aldeburgh and is just a stones throw from the beach. This centrally located house is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the seaside town of Aldeburgh has to offer.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises of a living room, kitchen/dining and a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms; a double, a twin room and a single room plus cloakroom.
The sought after coastal town of Aldeburgh is centrally positioned on the Suffolk Heritage Coastline with recreational facilities including sailing, golf, fishing and walking. It also provides a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, public houses, bakers and an independent cinema. Snape Maltings – the home of the Aldeburgh Music Festival, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are also close by.
A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of the Suffolk coastline no matter what the season.
