The outdoor area is a true paradise: Relax by the pool, kayak or paddleboard in the canal waters, play a game of cornhole, sit and relax with a glass of wine by the heated waterfront pool, watch the fish jump in the canal and sometimes you can catch a glimpse of manatees swimming by.

Welcome to a true Tropical Paradise! Only a few miles from the beach, this beautifully renovated house offers 4 full bedrooms that includes 2 king beds, 2 Full beds, 2 twin bunk beds and 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, an updated modern kitchen with island seating, and a backyard oasis perfect for relaxation. With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, blankets, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart tv's in bedrooms & living room, high-speed WIFI,The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all pots & pans. The house has a beautiful pool deck overlooking the canal, with a stunning pool perfect for entertaining. The backyard includes fun activities such as 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard/kayak, corn hole, an outdoor fire pit, sitting by the dock and watching the fish jump, bbq grill, & outdoor dining, and two chaise lounges to soak up the sun!
Pool is heated and locked at 85 degrees year-round.
Only 12-minute drive to the beach, 20-minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale, 50 minutes to South Beach Miami, 25 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The large circular driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.
The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.
Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.
Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.
