New construction on the beach! Take a look at this beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath new construction home settled on the perfect beachfront lot in Grand Isle. This home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a wet bar. The main living area's eight large windows provide an abundance of natural light overlooking the beach. The kitchen features soft-close cabinetry, a beautiful quartz countertop, and an oversized island. The exterior features a beautiful hardy-board siding with a large 12x29 covered front porch. The downstairs area is fully heated and cooled and has a couch and 2 chairs for relaxing, also offers an enclosed half bathroom area along with a kitchen. Cargo Lift available on request. No BBQ pit at this location.
