PROPERTY DETAILS: 3 bedrooms - queen, 2 single, queen. Sleeps 6; Quilts and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels OR optional linen hire $110 available through Country Getaways office; optional linen service fee $50 for beds to be made up. Main bathroom with bath & shower; Separate toilet; Ensuite bathroom adjoining queen bedroom with shower & toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in all bedrooms; Ceiling fans in bedrooms; Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in lounge room. Large smart television with USB port in lounge room; Queen bedroom has large television with USB port. DVD player; Blu-Ray hard drive; Board games; WiFi for guests. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher & large fridge/freezer. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Shaded outdoor entertaining & seating area with pergola; Hooded gas barbecue; Weber Q barbecue. Secure rear yard; Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood & observe fire regulations); Fish cleaning facilities. Lawned area at front of house. 5 minute walk to beach. Off-street parking in driveway for 2 vehicles with room for a boat. Sorry, pets not permitted.
DIRECTIONS: Heading from Moonta toward Moonta Bay along Bay Road, turn left onto Hughes Avenue and follow for around 500 metres. Continue across Coast Road, and Ripplesea will be on the right hand side with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
