Getting Around:
Búzios offers a local airport, which allows you to reach the city by means of direct flights, for example. You can also get to the house by car and helicopter (we would hire a helipad spot).

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
The house operates with staff that are charged as an extra.

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 4 people at the same time and up to 6 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
