The home is nestled in a serene neighborhood surrounded by nature and the iconic "rabbit ears" red rock formations. Close to hiking trails, outdoor activities, and Sedona’s vibrant arts scene, it offers a peaceful escape with privacy and seclusion—perfect for nature lovers, families, and retirees.

This spacious single-level home, spanning 1,850 square feet, features three bedrooms, an Arizona room, and two bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to six adult guests, with a futon available for an additional one adult or two children.

Living Room:

This space boasts contemporary furnishings, a cozy fireplace, a 65-inch Roku TV, and a beautiful stone fireplace, complemented by a leather sectional that comfortably seats six. The vaulted beam ceilings enhance the open and airy ambiance, enhancing the rustic charm of the space. Large windows flood the room with natural light and showcase the stunning surrounding views.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for group cooking and entertaining. It features stainless steel appliances, a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, a full oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender. The central island seats three, offering additional meal prep and socializing space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for dining, cooking, and serving. You'll find plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and handy tools like a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We provide basic spices such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cooking sprays, foil, and other essentials. Additionally, we’ve included coffee grounds, pods, a milk frother, and an assortment of teas to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Your home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.

Dining Area:

The dining area comfortably seats six, with three additional seats at the large kitchen island.

Primary Bedroom:

Enjoy a king-sized bed and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features two vanities, a spa-like glass shower, a rain shower system, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

Bedrooms 2 and 3:

Each has a queen bed, a reading nook, and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. They share a full bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Game Room:

It features exciting foosball, Pac-Man, and Galaga arcade games and a futon that can serve as a fourth bed. You can also do some yoga on the provided mats. It also includes a dedicated office space and a cozy reading nook, offering stunning views of the red rocks from the window.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:

The backyard provides a tranquil setting, featuring a patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit/table, a propane BBQ grill, and a hot tub—perfect for enjoying the stunning red rock views. The front entry patio also offers additional seating for relaxation.

Hot Tub: Relax in the hot tub, which seats six, and soak in the stars while enjoying breathtaking views of the red rocks.

New Pool Coming January 1, 2025: Get ready for fun and relaxation in our backyard, where a brand-new 14x28 pool with a Baja deck is on the way! In the meantime, enjoy our fully fenced patio, complete with a BBQ grill, comfortable seating area, fire pit/table, and relaxing hot tub—all available for your enjoyment during your stay.

Please note: The spa is always heated, while pool heating is available from March through October for an additional $100 per day. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for the pool to reach temperatures in the 80s. For safety and heating efficiency, the pool's electric rolling safety cover should remain closed whenever the pool is not in use. The pool will not maintain heat if left open overnight or when not in use.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or harm arising from swimming or using the spa and agree to hold the property owner harmless. You acknowledge that swimming and spa use can pose significant risks, especially to unsupervised children, individuals with health conditions, those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication, or those who are pregnant. Proper supervision and caution are essential at all times.

By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries you or your party members may experience. You understand and accept the risks outlined above and agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your party. You waive any claims against the hosts or property owner for accidents or incidents arising from using the swimming pool or spa.

All guests in your party confirm they have read and understand this waiver, and by proceeding, you agree that this constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between the Vrbo guests and the Vrbo host.
