Welcome to the stunning Juniper House, a luxurious new home that perfectly combines mountain living with modern elegance in the heart of Steamboat Springs. This expansive 4,851 square foot property offers an inviting ambiance with multiple living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. With six spacious bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, Juniper House comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway. The home features four king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, including two with private balconies, and two bunk rooms, each with two full-over-full bunk beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

The main, ground level floor of Juniper House is where the action starts. A great room with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace flows seamlessly into the luxurious kitchen. Any chef will be thrilled to see the expansive work spaces, the high-end Thermador appliances, 2 large kitchen islands, and all the cooking essentials you need. The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the space opens up into the outdoor patio with a giant slider glass door. You will treasure meal times with family and friends in our generous space. The main floor also has one of the four king bedrooms with en suite bathroom, plus a full size washer and dryer.

After the main floor king bedroom suite, the rest of the bedroom suites are one floor up or one floor down from the ground level floor. Upstairs you will find two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the west side of the second floor you will find the Emerald Mountain suite, with an outdoor deck and amazing views of Emerald Mountain. On the east side of the second floor is the Mount Werner suite, also featuring an outdoor deck and limited mountain views. The bottom floor boasts the remaining king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and the two large bunk rooms. Each bunk room has two sets of full over full bunk beds and their own en suite bathrooms. The second full sized washer and dryer in a large laundry room are outside the lower level living area that ties the bedrooms together.

The top floor of Juniper House is a unique spot to hang out and enjoy 360 degree views of the valley. A modern foosball table, large TV, gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a wet bar with beverage fridge and a pass through window to the hot tub on the top floor deck are all included in this space. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $3,000 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
