On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space, making it easy to prepare meals and gather with loved ones. Upstairs, 3 cozy bedrooms await, including a master suite with direct deck access to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
The Space:
This 3BR/2BA home features a spacious open floor plan that flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and everything you need for family meals. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, a large TV for movie nights, and complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private access to the wraparound deck with stunning ocean views. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed that also has deck access, and one with twin bunk beds and an extra twin bed, provide plenty of sleeping space. Outdoor amenities include a brick patio perfect for dining, a large front yard for games, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. With beach chairs, an umbrella, and outdoor storage for your gear, this home is ready for seaside adventures. The beach is just across the street, less than a 2-minute walk away, offering endless opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves. This beautifully designed home is perfect for family getaways, where you can enjoy morning coffee on the deck, sunset walks on the beach, and quality time with loved ones.
Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

This beautiful home is located right across from the ocean on a spacious private lot in Fernandina Beach, FL, on Amelia Island. With its large yard and ample space to relax and unwind, this property offers the perfect setting for outdoor activities and gatherings. You’ll enjoy the quiet and privacy of having your own lot, while still being close to the vibrant attractions and amenities of the island. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to soak up the sun and sea breeze any time you like.
Getting Around:
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.
