About this apartment rental
A bright, modern retreat offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just outside the centre of Salisbury, this stylish space is ideal for both short and long stays.
Guests have full access to the annex and garden, making it a fantastic base for exploring Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, Old Sarum, and more.
Welcome to our beautifully designed annex located in Laverstock, just a 10-minute drive from the historic Cathedral City of Salisbury. Set in a residential area, this cosy retreat feels like a world of its own once you step inside. It’s perfect for business stays, family getaways, or anything in between, offering a comfortable base for exploring Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and other local attractions.
The Space
Our annex, although attached to our home, has no direct access and is a completely self-contained unit with its own front and back doors. It has been thoughtfully renovated to a high standard, with unique features throughout:
Living Area: The open-plan living and kitchen area is bright and spacious, featuring stunning radiators that serve as beautiful focal points. The lounge includes a comfortable sofa, TV, and a selection of books and games, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast bar doubles as a dining table and can also be used as a desk for those needing a workspace.
Kitchen Area: The fully equipped kitchen includes a slimline dishwasher, washing machine, and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. It also has a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a range of utensils, plates (including child-friendly options), glasses, cups, and pans. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, a few pain au chocolat, porridge, and milk to get you started. Additional essentials such as salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, cooking oil, washing up liquid, washing tablets, fabric conditioner, hand wash, and dishwasher tablets are also provided for your convenience.
Bedrooms:
Upstairs: The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king-size bed and an open view overlooking the living area below.
Ground Floor: The second bedroom offers a double sofa bed, perfect for families or friends travelling together.
Bathroom: The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels, hand soap, and other essentials are provided for your stay.
Linen & Towels: All bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor Space
Guests have use of the outdoor area, which includes a seating space suitable for morning coffee or evening relaxation. While it’s a functional space rather than a landscaped garden, it’s perfect for those bringing dogs or enjoying some fresh air. There are two local nature walks (one within walking distance of the annex) and a dog park just a short drive away, making it a great spot for dog owners.
Guest Access
The annex has its own private entrance, and parking for two cars is available directly outside the property. Check-in is flexible with a key box for easy, contactless access.
Other Things to Note
We welcome well-behaved dogs and provide a cosy space for you and your pet to enjoy.
We do not allow the property to be used for any form of videography or photography for business purposes.
If you need anything before your stay, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to see if we can help.
